Qamar Quran Completion Ceremony 2019

This years’ Quran completion ceremony was truly unique and the first of its kind for our institute.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we limited our gathering to only thirty women, though hundreds joined us via the livestream, Alhamdulillah.
It was indeed strange for us to be physically distanced from each other in the way that we were, but one thing is for sure, the love and tranquility of this blessed gathering was still felt.
The class who graduated we named our “lockdown” class, since these women were faced with lockdown during their final year of Quran study. They refused to give up. They joined us as we embarked on becoming an online institution for the very first time, and they bit through until their very last Ayah with us, despite all the challenges presented by Covid-19.
It was a ceremony filled with love, tears, smiles and laughter. One never to be forgotten indeed.
